Founded in 2002 by Mr. Tom Thomas, Cardinal Advisors is a training and development
company that serves executives and their managment teams. Mr. Thomas serves
as Cardinal's President & Chief Executive Officer.

Development, Professional Conduct and Business Etiquette, having authored the
array of programs collectively known as The Cardinal Rules of Professional
Development.
The appeal of Cardinal programs is far reaching, as the company provides services to a wide range of industries and clients throughout the U.S. This includes Fortune 500 companies, federal government agencies, associations & societies, colleges & universities and a variety of other organizations.
Prior to Cardinal Advisors, Mr. Thomas held executive and senior management positions within the operations, marketing and sales arenas. He has worked extensively within the information systems, healthcare, and environmental consulting industries. Mr. Thomas is also involved with a number of non-profit organizations as a founder, advisor or board member.
